By installing or using MailTracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

MailTracker is a browser extension and web app that adds open and click tracking to emails you send through Gmail. It is operated by Mailsumo (mailsumo.io), and your account, subscription and dashboard live there. You are responsible for how you use tracking and for complying with the laws that apply to you and your recipients.

Acceptable use

• Do not use MailTracker for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Plans & Billing

The free plan tracks unlimited emails. Premium adds click tracking, follow-up reminders, export and more, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime via the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Disclaimer

Email tracking depends on how third-party email clients render images, which we do not control. We work hard to keep detection accurate but do not guarantee that every open or click is captured. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailsumo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
