Last updated July 2026
MailTracker’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use Google user data
- We access your basic Google profile (name, email, avatar) only to authenticate you and associate your tracking data with your account.
- We use Gmail-related data (subject lines, recipients, and thread identifiers of emails you choose to track) solely to provide user-facing features: open status in Gmail, your dashboard, reports, and notifications.
What we never do
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide or improve the service, comply with law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with equivalent protections.
- We do not allow humans to read your data unless you explicitly ask us to for support, it is required for security or legal reasons, or the data is aggregated/anonymized.
